In this second edition of Goku's Magic Cloud Piggy Bank, Goku is shown in his orange turtle suit, blue bracelets and black belt. As the piggy bank's name suggests, Goku is standing on his magical yellow cloud. Fist forward and frustrated, Goku is probably preparing to face his enemies and reaches them thanks to his supersonic cloud!
When he first meets Master Roshi while searching for the crystal balls with Bulma, he receives from her the Kinto'un, her famous cloud. This cloud allows, as stated by Master Roshi, to travel and fly through the air at very high speed and is therefore an important resource for Goku.
